Strawberry Kiwi Popsicles

Everyone will go crazy for these beautiful, vibrant, all-natural strawberry kiwi popsicles! Easy to make with just four ingredients, and much healthier than their store-bought cousins!

Ingredients

  • 2 pints fresh strawberries (about 5 cups) stems removed
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or honey
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 kiwis peeled and sliced

Equipment

  • Popsicle Mold

Instructions

  • In a food processor or blender, combine strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Process until smooth.
  • Nestle kiwi slices into a popsicle mold, pushing them gently up against the sides. Pour in the strawberry puree, cover, add wooden sticks, and place in the freezer.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight, until popsicles are solid. To remove popsicles easily, run the outside of the mold under warm water for 30-60 seconds, then pull the popsicles out. Enjoy!
