Notes

  1. Adjust to Taste: Don't skip the step of adjusting this dressing to taste! Tastebuds truly do vary, and the most common cravings will be for a dressing that's slightly sweeter (add more honey or agave), more tart (add more lemon), or generally has more pop (add more salt).
  2. Adjust the Consistency: As written this yields a thick, creamy dressing similar to a thick ranch. Blitz in a small amount of water to thin it out if you like; aim to add just 1 teaspoon at a time so you don't thin it out too much all at once.
  3. Store: Homemade green goddess salad dressing keeps well for at least 5 days in the fridge.
  4. Other Uses: Obviously great over green goddess salad; this dressing also makes a delicious dipping sauce for veggies to snack on or serve as an appetizer, a dipping sauce for chicken wraps or chicken salad sandwiches, etc.
