Family Dinners

Family dinner is important in our house, but it’s no secret that this can be the most challenging meal: we’re often juggling busy schedules, picky palates, and a hundred other demands. Not to mention the difficulty of finding meals that are reasonably healthy yet delicious.

To keep my sanity intact, I count on recipes that are simple and easy-to-follow. We embrace accessible ingredients and mostly whole foods. With these recipes and ideas, even the most novice of home cooks can feel confident and good about creating a delicious, nutrient-rich meal for their loved ones.

I hope this collection of main dishes gives you some inspiration to beat the dinnertime blues! Every single one is tested and approved in my very own home.
